Is it possible to postpone the shipping?
Check your mailbox for an email with the following subject within your order number: "Your order has been dispatched today".
Did you find this email?
- If yes, you can't postpone or delay the delivery.
- If no, we may be able to put your package dispatch on hold until a certain date.
In this case, please, contact us at our hello@eOpticians.co.uk email address as soon as possible and tell us the date with which you would like to get your package. Don't forget to enclose your transaction ID.
We will let you know in a reply whether it is possible or not.
