How can I change product in my order?

If you haven't received your order, check your mailbox for an email with the following subject with your order number: "Your order has been dispatched today".
Did you find the email?

  • If yes, contact us at our hello@eOpticians.co.uk email address to cancel your dispatched order, and then place a new order at our webshop with all products you want to buy. We will do a refund regarding your canceled order and ask the courier to bring your dispatched package back to our warehouse.
  • If no, contact us at our hello@eOpticians.co.uk email address as soon as possible and tell us the changes you want.
    Don't forget to enclose your transaction ID.
