How can I change my shipping address?

You do not need to send us a change request if your shipping address is in the U.K., and shipping name and zip code are correct in your order.
In other cases, please, send your new details to our hello@eOpticians.co.uk mailbox, and we will send you another package to your newly given shipping address.
Don't forget to enclose your transaction ID.
