Check your mailbox for an email with the following subject within your order number: "Your order has been dispatched today".
Did you find this email?
- If yes, please check how many days passed since you've got this email.
- If 10 or more working days passed since you've got this email, please ask the nearest Royal Mail's post office with your tracking number.
- If less than 10 working days passed since you've got this email, please be patient, your package is on the way.
- If not, your order hasn't dispatched yet from our logistics centre. Please, be patient, we're constantly processing and packaging the orders.
